Shipment
All orders received by us by 9 a.m. (German time) will be processed and produced for you within the next three to four working days . Your order will then be shipped. Within Germany, one to two shipping working days are added to the processing time (to all other European countries approx. up to 5 shipping working days more).
For five items or more , we allow ourselves four working days (plus shipping working days like this) and for every additional ten items we allow another working day (plus shipping working days like this).
We send all shipments with DHL and Deutsche Post . Shipping products can be tracked using a tracking number (which you will receive via email after your order has shipped).
All shipments via DHL are sent with climate-neutral “GoGreen” shipping as standard.
Recycled and recyclable - We send all shipments in 100% plastic-free packaging. Our boxes are made entirely of cardboard. The packaging tape and shipping label are made of paper.
